Professor Dr Arabella Bhutto is a Professor and Co-Director, Mehran University Institute of Science, Technology and Development (MUISTD), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Pakistan. She is the only certified professional for Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management (STIPM) by International Science, Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation (ISTIC) UNESCO in Pakistan. She has her Master degree in Technology and Innovation Management from SPRU, University of Sussex, UK, PhD in Business and Management from Nottingham University Business School, UK and PostDoc in Entrepreneurial University from the University of Utah, US. She has produced four PhDs and 54 MS/MBA students. Her list of research publications comprises of 34 research articles in national and international research journals including IEEE and more than 30 presentations in the national and international conferences, with proceedings published in Springer etc. She is a recipient of the Best University Teacher Award (2014) from the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. She is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Science, Technology and Development published by Pakistan Council of Science and Technology (PCST) and reviewer of many national and international research journals including Journal of Research in International Business and Management (JRIBM) and Universal Journal of Marketing and Business Research (UJMBR). She is a member of Triple Helix Association (THA) and its South Asian Chapter SATHA. She has organized several trainings, workshops and conferences including “Intellectual Property Policy”, “Business Process Re-engineering”, “Consultative Workshop on University-Industry – Government Linkages”, and “International Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management”. She is an IEEE member (93874453) and member of Pakistan US Alumni Network (PUAN). She has exposure of many countries including USA, UK, Austria, Germany, Denmark, China, Malaysia, Dubai and Qatar.

Dr. Isma Farah Siddiqui

Dr. Isma Farah Siddiqui received Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea. She was awarded with a prestigious scholarship from Govt. of Pakistan for Ph.D. studies. She received Best Thesis and graduate Award from the school of Science and Engineering, Hanyang University. She has authored and co-authored over 30 research papers published in various journals and conferences of international repute in last 5 years. Currently, she is performing her duties as Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at MUET, Pakistan. She has been an active TPC member of various conferences and is a reviewer of various prestigious journals such as IEEE Access, Future Generation Computer Systems, IEEE Communications Magazine, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems. She is active member of PEC Pakistan, IEEE USA and KSII South Korea. She also holds the status of Approved PhD Supervisor awarded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Her research interests include semantic web and semantic data analytics, Big Data analytics, context-aware data processing of Internet of Things and green cloud computing

Dr. Zubair Ahmed Memon

He is currently associated with the Mehran UET as a Professor Department of Electrical Engineering and Director, Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Mehran UET, Pakistan.
Dr. Zubair Ahmed Memon received B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan, in 1991, 2005, and 2012, respectively. He has authored and co-authored more than 40 publications in International and National (HEC recognized) journals. Dr. Zubair is a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Pakistan. He is a life member of Pakistan Engineering Council, member of International Association of Engineers, member of International Association of Engineers Society of Artificial Intelligence, member of International Association of Engineers Society of Electrical Engineering and member of International Association of Engineers Society of Information System Engineering.

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aslam Uqaili

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aslam Uqaili is meritorious Professor and Vice-Chancellor of Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro, Pakistan. He has earned bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering and masters in economics. He has supervised more than a dozen doctoral students. Prof Uqaili has written 13 chapters in international books, 75 research papers in national and international research journals, and presented 56 research papers in national and international conferences. Dr Uqaili has also edited four international books. Prof Uqaili is currently working as vice-chancellor, MUET. Previously, he held positions of pro-vice-chancellor, registrar and dean, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), MUET, Jamshoro. He is a member on editorial board of several research journals. He has held other positions in the different statutory forums of MUET, Jamshoro. Prof. Uqaili facilitated the linkage of Mehran University with national and international public and private institutions, including universities in USA, UK, China, Japan, Malaysia and Turkey. Recognizing the contribution to higher education, he has been nominated on several academic forums in the country. He is recognized as a leading academician in Pakistan and abroad. During his tenure, MUET has ranked by HEC, Islamabad, as second-best public engineering university of the country and number one public sector engineering university of the province (2015). Prof. Uqaili is involved in community services and he is on the board/trust of several nonprofit organizations, working on health, education, water, agriculture, community physical infrastructure etc.

From undergrad to doctoral level he has been awarded with several distinctions and honours, which includes, nomination by president of Pakistan as Member, Pakistan Science Foundation, Chairman, Board of Directors, Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), elected as Member Governing Body of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) 2012-2014 and 2015-18, Best Teacher Award from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (2005), awarded scholarship through countrywide open competition to pursue postgraduate studies abroad, by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan,1990. He has exposure at country and world levels. He has visited the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Italy, China, Singapore, Netherlands, France, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Thailand, UAE and Turkey.

Professor Dr Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry is the Distinguished National Professor and former Dean Faculty of Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineering, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Pakistan. He has the honour of being one of the editor of several books “Wireless Networks, Information Processing and Systems”, CCIS 20, “Emerging Trends and Applications in Information Communication Technologies”, CCIS 281, “Wireless Sensor Networks for Developing Countries”, CCIS 366, “Communication Technologies, Information Security and Sustainable Development”, CCIS 414, published by Springer Verlag, Germany. He has also been serving as a Guest Editor for “Wireless Personal Communications” which is Springer International Journal. He has produced more than dozen PhDs and supervised more than 50 MPhil/Masters Thesis in the area of ICT. His list of research publication crosses to over 60 in national and international journals, IEEE and ACM proceedings. Also, he has Chaired Technical Sessions in USA, UK, China, UAE, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Pakistan, Denmark, and Belgium. He is member of various professional bodies including: Chairman IEEE Communication Society (COMSOC), Karachi Chapter, Region10 Asia/Pacific, Fellow IEP, Fellow IEEEP, Senior Member, IEEE Inc. (USA), SM ACM Inc. (USA). He is lead person at MUET of several EU funded Erasmus Mundus Program including “Mobility for Life”, “StrongTies”, “INTACT”, and “LEADERS”. He has organized and co-organized several International Conferences including “IMTIC08”, “IMTIC12”, “IMTIC13”, “IMTIC15”, “IMTIC18” “WSN4DC13”, “IEEE SCONEST”, “IEEE PSGWC13”, “GCWOC15”, “GCWOC16”, “GCWOC17” and track chair in “Global Wireless Summit (GWS 2014).He is member of Steering Committee of CENTRAL project.
