Professor Dr Arabella Bhutto is a Professor and Co-Director, Mehran University Institute of Science, Technology and Development (MUISTD), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Pakistan. She is the only certified professional for Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management (STIPM) by International Science, Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation (ISTIC) UNESCO in Pakistan. She has her Master degree in Technology and Innovation Management from SPRU, University of Sussex, UK, PhD in Business and Management from Nottingham University Business School, UK and PostDoc in Entrepreneurial University from the University of Utah, US. She has produced four PhDs and 54 MS/MBA students. Her list of research publications comprises of 34 research articles in national and international research journals including IEEE and more than 30 presentations in the national and international conferences, with proceedings published in Springer etc. She is a recipient of the Best University Teacher Award (2014) from the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. She is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Science, Technology and Development published by Pakistan Council of Science and Technology (PCST) and reviewer of many national and international research journals including Journal of Research in International Business and Management (JRIBM) and Universal Journal of Marketing and Business Research (UJMBR). She is a member of Triple Helix Association (THA) and its South Asian Chapter SATHA. She has organized several trainings, workshops and conferences including “Intellectual Property Policy”, “Business Process Re-engineering”, “Consultative Workshop on University-Industry - Government Linkages”, and “International Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy and Management”. She is an IEEE member (93874453) and member of Pakistan US Alumni Network (PUAN). She has exposure of many countries including USA, UK, Austria, Germany, Denmark, China, Malaysia, Dubai and Qatar.
